Disable "Outlook is using an old copy of your Outlook data file" message on startup

During deployment of Office 2013, we are intentionally disabling the users from downloading a new OST when starting Outlook.  We want them to use their old OST to avoid 2,000+ users from downloading 200mb+ files from the Exchange server.  Way too much overhead.

So, disabling donwloading a new OST is easy enough, but I need the "Outlook is using an old copy of your Outlook data file" warning disabled permanently.  We cannot effectively disable the download of new OSTs if Outlook is causing all 2,000 of our users to call the service desk to delete their old OST.

Is there any way to disable this message via group policy/registry setting?

Seems that you want to hide to remove the warning and avoid the users' concern. However, there is no GPO/registry key could turn it off. Sorry.
